Communication

In this unit we are asked to consider the importance of English in our lives and why we are learning English. The theme of the unit will also allow us to study basic telephone language and written communication such as letters, e-mails and faxes.

Common language: Is when two people can speak the same languge.

In this unit we are supposed to learn the different uses of English in the workplace, as we will be doing throughout the course.
We are also going to learn how to write a curriculum vitae or different English vocabulary.

REFERENCES: a letter written by somebody who knows you, giving information about your character and abilities, to a new employer.
QUALIFICATIONS: what a person is able to do.
